Customer account and billing data is stored on Cloud365-owned and managed infrastructure. Your streaming infrastructure and uploaded audio content is stored in the datacentre region you select at the time of service setup (Australia, Japan, Singapore, United Kingdom or United States).
Data is not transferred to locations outside your chosen region without your explicit instruction, except where necessary for billing or support functions carried out by Amplify Streaming staff in Australia.
We retain personal information for as long as your account remains active and for a reasonable period thereafter to meet legal, billing and audit obligations. Stream usage logs and listener statistics are retained for up to 12 months.
Upon termination of your account, personal data will be deleted or anonymised within 90 days, unless a longer retention period is required by law or you have an outstanding dispute or unpaid balance.
Audio files and content uploaded to the Amplify Control Panel will be retained for 30 days following account termination, after which they will be permanently deleted.
